Hi, I just received my new iPhone in the mail. I’m supposed to trade in my old iPhone, but I thought there would be a trade in kit coming with my new phone, but there wasn’t. How should I trade in my old one?

Apple's Trade Partner will send you the box separately. Don't worry, you have time to return the phone. If you have an Apple Store near you, you don't even have to send it back. You can drop it off at the Apple Store.
The trade in kit comes separately. (At least it does in the UK)
