iOS14.1 battery drain issues for iPhone8

Is anyone else having issues with battery drain after installing ios 14? I have an iphone 8. If so, what's the solution? I started the day at 100% and in 1/2hr it's dropped to 80%

What is the battery health?

When it drops to 80% you have to replace it.

My iphone 8 does not work at all- can’t make calls, no videos, no sound after the update. Not too happy
