I really don't know how to fix this problem I'm close to giving up. Every time I try to print something from my mac, it says "waiting for printer to become available" I deleted it to the system preferences and added my printer again but it still doesn't work

Based on what you mentioned, you seem to have some trouble with your printer. If you have the printer on a network, try to connect your Mac directly to it.
Check if you can print from other devices without an issue. Lastly, take a look at this document: Solve printing problems on Mac.
