Green line in portrait mode photos
I have an iPhone 12 pro. When I take a picture in portrait mode, and if I want to scale this picture a green line appears at the edge of the image.
Someone else who also has this problem?

Hi!
I have this problem too.
I had Apple Support on the phone and said they would look into it, restoring the phone and remote diagnosis did not solve the problem (iOS 14.2 user here).
I’d be curious to know if you were able to solve the problem.
Same here on all iphones from people i know. All iphone 12. everything up to date.
problem only with cropping portrait mode images...
Hey there vpsm_,
We see that you are experiencing some issues with taking photos on your iPhone 12 Pro in Portrait mode. We would love to assist you with resolving this.
Check out this resource for assistance with troubleshooting your camera not working as expected: If the camera or flash on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch isn't working
Also, verify that your iPhone is up-to-date with its software: Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
Hope this helps!
Take care.
On my end, I contacted Apple Support, and they have installed a profile on my iPhone 12 to pinpoint the problem.
May I suggest you do the same on your end? As of now the Apple supervisor told me they hadn’t heard of the problem with other users 🙂
