Sleep/wake up alarm sound sets for only 1 day!

My sleep/wake up alarm sound will only set for one day at a time. I have to go in each day I want to change it (situation — the sound defaults to “early riser” and I want it to be “droplets”). How can I permanently change it without having to redo it every day?

iPhone 11, iOS 14

After much frustration, I figured out how to get it working. Go to your Sleep. There will be an option that says “Full Schedule & Options”. Once you click that, hit the edit button for whatever you sleep schedule you’re trying to fix. At the very bottom, it will say delete schedule. Remove it completely and add it again but this time pick the sound you actually want. Once I did that, I went back out the double check and it worked!

I’m bad at explaining stuff but I hope this helps (that’s if I’m not too late). The Helios sound was waking me up too aggressively so I was desperate to find a solution!

I’m having exactly the same problem. I’ve read this post but tried it to no avail. It seems I can delete the schedule, but then when I go back out to clock it’s still there says tomorrow only or next day. Tap on edit/change itvthen says add schedule...???

yeah a bug to say the least! Also that the tones available under that alarm option and regular manual set alarm, should be the same! The other annoying thing is scrolling through the list of alarm sounds, every time change selection it plays the sample tone at full volume! Turn it quickly down, hear it select the next one and boom full volume!

To be honest, this sleep feature, along with the new self limiting volume feature, is starting to grind at my trust in Apple. I’ve always had iPhones but never had so many software issues than in the last 3 years... and iOS bugs! The testing is either not being done or not well enough. Apple used to be rock solid in stability...

Thanks, but the alarm I’m referring to is the one tied to sleep tracking. In the photo I attached, it’s the top one (not the below ones that can be set with different sounds and options - those work fine for me).

It’s the “sleep/wake up” alarm that makes me change the sound every day, otherwise it defaults to the “early riser” sound. You can see in the photo that it says “tomorrow only” which means it will keep my changed setting for tomorrow only. I’ve tried all the settings within it and can’t permanently set the sound.
