iPhone 11 Pro Max not showing Bluetooth devices.

I have the iPhone 11 Pro Max. I went to connect it to my sound-bar to play music as I always do, but it isn’t showing the device. In fact, none of the Bluetooth devices in my house are showing up. My earbuds, the other sound bar, headphones, my car stereo, etc. None of my other apple devices have trouble connecting. I tried doing a soft reset. I reset the network settings. I have tried everything and my Bluetooth menu does not show that there any devices nearby. Music is life for me, so it really sucks that I suddenly can’t enjoy music at home or in my car. This right after having issues with my phone freezing and/or constantly glitching back to the home screen after the iOS 14 update. That finally gets fixed with a new update, now this crap. I really regret buying this phone. I didn’t have any of these issues with my XS Max.
