iPhone 12 Pro, iOS 14.1 - Contact App Corrupted

Hi,

My iPhone 12 PRO was set up as a new iphone. After setting everything up I realized that when I go to any contact in the contacts app, and click call, it shows me duplicate numbers.

Let's say contact is Joe Doe and numbers are mobile: 347-222-3333, and work: 347-444-5555 it will show as:

Phone 347-222-3333
Phone 347-444-5555
Mobile 347-222-3333
Work 347-444-5555

I also cannot call using car play when using contacts, when I press call, nothing is happening.

I tried resetting all settings, toggling contacts off and on in icloud and forced multiple restarts.

If you set the device up as a new iPhone, how did you get the Contacts on the phone in the first place? It almost seems as though you have moved them from two different locations. Contacts were synced from iCloud, I have another phone that also has contact synced, but no problem with that one.

Same issue happened with other iPhone 12 PRO that I saw, contacts were duplicated and phone was set-up as new.
