I accidentally removed app from Home Screen. How do I get it back?

I understand what you mean, but I don’t have a App Library over there. Just the widgets
Settings > General > iPhone Storage > wait for page to load up > scroll down to app list > tap on app > delete app
Then go to app store and download again.

then you're not doing it correctly.
if you don't see the App Library, and you're seeing widgets.. you're swiping the wrong way and going to Today View instead of the App Library
I read the steps i was Told to bring it back but it still won’t allow me to. It only lets me open it not move to back to the Home Screen. Can’t drag, move etc
