AirPods Pro freeze my iPhone 12

Ok so I see a lot of people have been having the same issue and apples seems to have no solution. I tried all the factory reset tactics and everything Apple suggested. Clearly it’s not my phone or the AirPods. It’s a software issue of some app which must be on my phone. It connect fine to my friends phone and my ipad. It’s ridiculous that in 2020 you have so many people with the same problem and they can’t figure it out

If you have tried the steps in these articles to Reset your AirPods and If the sound from your wireless headphones cuts out or is distorted and still have an issue, we would recommend reaching out to Apple directly by checking out this link to Get Support and they will be more than happy to proceed with additional steps.

Yes, you are correct. I’ve spent hours on the phone with Apple and it was nothing but a waste of time. In the end I saw someone else posted that they figured out the problem. It’s exactly what you said. Billion dollar company which charges 250$ for the pods. You’d think they would have figured out the problem at least if not the solution
