To get started, does this issue occur when connected to other Wi-Fi networks? Have you noticed any issues with your connection speeds if only connected using cellular data?

If using Bluetooth, do you notice any difference in network speeds with Bluetooth disabled? If not, what about if you disable LTE in Settings > Cellular?
