My Macbook makes a weird noise inside.

Hi there. Today I was jamming out to some music, then out of nowhere my macbook is all of a sudden making this weird noise inside like if someone is inside constantly knocking on the inside of it. It is only on the left side of my mac book that makes this weird noise. I dont know if its debris or if genuinely my left speaker of the Mac has a problem. So if I were to play ANYTHING whatsoever it will make this sound. Also, the thumping makes my audio all fuzzy. Please help me, it really is irritating constantly hearing this thumping noise from inside my computer.

Thank you and have a good day.
