The magic keyboard cursor icon become bigger compare to previous version. Try to change in the setting but it was the minimum for it. Hopefully next update will change it back to normal.
Ok, found a temporary workaround until they fix it with a new update. Make sure to disable AssistiveTouch via Settings > Accessibility > Touch > AssistiveTouch and the pointer should turn back to normal.

Thanks a lot, disabling assistive touch did it for me , ipad back i n the logitech folio touch. I owe you a cup of coffee!✌🏻. Hopefully apple will have real fix soon✌🏻.

Unfortunately iPadOS 14.3 did not fully correct the problem on the Logitech, pointer is the correct size but with assistive touch turned on it still does not work correctly.........🤨☯️
It did not fix my Magic Keyboard issue either ... it seems to have trouble with the soft TAP (vs. CLICK) on the track pad.
