Iphone damaged in box

Hi all,

I just got delivery of my new IPhone 12 Pro graphite on Wednesday. I opened it up (always a great experience), and found there to be the smallest of chips on the top stainless steel camera surround. The packaging wasn’t damaged so I can only assume it came out the factory like this. It’s really small and hardly noticeable but it’s just a bit annoying as it’s brand new and I always like to take care of my Apple devices.

Do you think Apple would entertain a replacement? Anyone got any suggestions?

When buying from Apple, you have a 14 day window for unconditional return fir a full refund. You can then buy the device again and get a new (if they have it in stock, they can just swap it).
