There is international version of the iPhone and it has nothing to do with warranties and AppleCare. It all involves bandwidth frequencies and how they can be used in more countries. There is an international version for the United States that has more regions within the Western Hemisphere and one that’s has more frequencies bands that occupies more regions. Again, international version has nothing to do with Apple care... that’s entirely a different issue concerning warranties on the phone. Majority of people don’t purchase Apple care.

So what should I buy (international or Middle East) I want FaceTime dual sim , 5G I don’t want it to disappear FaceTime 🥺 n I’m here at Dubai but from Pakistan, and I can’t buy apple care never it’s already so costly for me

And that document says quite specifically, iPhone warranty "May be limited to country of purchase." It has always said so. If you purchased a phone in Saudi Arabia and the warranty was honored in the US, you were just lucky.

I agree with you. There are no International Versions, it's just something that resellers use in many countries to ease the 'understanding' whilst answering customers queries of the origin of the country, afaik. There are just region variants.

P.S. Just an addition, I have read articles that states the Japan Variant has a mandatory camera shutter sound, which can never be turned off. Is this info correct?

There is no such thing as an international version of any iPhone.

Yes, that is correct. Phones manufactured for Japan, South Korea and Macau can never have the camera shutter sound muted, regardless of where the phone is actually used.
