Apple Watch workout not shown on iPhone

I am using an Apple Watch Series 6 and have it paired with an iPhone 11, iOS 14.1.

When I log an Outdoor Cycle activity, the activity is shown and can be reviewed on my Apple Watch, but it does not show up in the Fitness App on my iPhone. I only see Outdoor Walk activities on my iPhone Fitness App.

How can I fix this problem?
