Network Solutions & Apple devices

After Network Solutions (email provider) updated their trust certificate, I can’t get email on iPhone or iPad. It says that server is not found. I did what Network Solutions’s said to do: deleted Mail account on Apple devices and then set it up again. I still get same message and can’t send or receive email on Apple devices, although they work property on laptop PC.

It sounds like you are unable to set up your email account on your Apple devices. You mentioned that they've updated their certificate, did they also provide you with any updated server settings for incoming and outgoing servers? You may need to get that from your email service provider.
