Led indicator

Is it possible to have led indicator instead of flash indicator on iPhones after update to iOS 14.2 because now there are these options now when you call green -yellow- red light pumps up near the battery symbol on the upper right of the screen and for iPhone X why the battery percentage is not shown near battery icon as in iPhone 6 7 8
