Utility for Printer ET-4550 Series

I am trying to flush the ink and I have researched numerous articles and I cannot figure how to do it. My printer will not print in color and I was suggested to run a flush ink but when I go to System Preference, Printer and Open Print Queue, it does not show utilities. Can you please help.

MacBook Pro 17″, macOS 10.13

because you did the auto install ( most likely air print) or add printer which gave you a lesser printer driver. Delete the printer in printer pane found in system preferences. Then add it back but this time pay attention and select the full printer name to add. It will be in a drop down menu. Once added then go check that Utility is present, which it will be....
