Activity app

My activity app does not work after update to IOS 14.2 and latest watch software update. It simply does not show any information at all, even the old one. The watch itself records the info correctly but it obviously does not sync with the phone at all (apple health and watch sleep also do not update). How can I fix this? Reloading the phone and watch does not help.

Hi! I discussed this with apple support and finally solved the problem. I had to erase all content and settings of my iPhone and restore them back from icloud (or copy on the computer). Make sure you make a fresh copy first. After that all works fine finally.

Make sure that your Apple Watch is connected with the iPhone. Your iPhone Bluetooth must be turned on. Or this can be bug.
