Reporting errors in Maps
The location of my home is currently slightly off and the wrong entrance is shown in Maps. The entrance is particularly important because my home is not accessible from the current entrance.
I've been reporting for a month already but somehow Apple failed to update Maps with the correct info.
I'm using an iPhone to send the reports as it's not possible to add an entrance in macOS. In all the reports I've mentioned the location of my home and the right location of the entrance and in the comment section, I've explained explicitly what's wrong.
- Response 1 (after a week): added an entrance at the wrong location, it's not even close to what I've reported and somehow changed the location of my home to approx. 20 meters.
- Response 2 (after another week): corrected the postal code, entrance and location is still incorrect.
- Response 3 (after another week): added correct entrance but old entrance is still untouched. Navigating to my home still uses the old entrance which is incorrect. Location is still incorrect. After a few days, the new entrance has disappeared.
TL;DR:
Is it possible to talk someone from Apple support to get this fixed immediately? I don't understand why this is taking so long and with little to no result. I hate to compare, but correcting this in Google Maps took me about two days.
