MacOS keyboard repeat very slow
Link for demo of the issue. All key event in the view are always pressed (s letter, left, right, delete). The repeat rate is very slow.
I'm sure this is not a hardware issue as I've been living with it for...3 MacBook Pros lol. At first I thought it was and wanted to wait until the next MBP but now with the 16" MBP I'm still stuck with it. It's something with my OS that I can't afford to factory reset. It also doesn't occur when I gave my old MBP for my wife.
It's also not the MacOS version. I've been carrying this since many version ago. now I'm on Catalina.
I've tried everything I could (it's been 4 years...), even with running the commands as in this post https://www.howtogeek.com/267463/how-to-enable-key-repeating-in-macos/
It's very frustrating at first but I'm kind of used to it...by not living with holding a key pressed but repeating it manually....
Now I really need help to fix this once and for all.
