I would like to stream my Apple TV movies on bigger screen.
I plugged the USB-C Digital AV Multiport Adapter into my iPad then connect the HDMI cable from the adapter into the HDMI port on the LG TV.
The screen is mirroring successfully but the audio is coming from the iPad not from the TV speaker.
Is there something on the iPad settings I can adjust or I need to plug direct cable without the adapter to transfer the video and audio from iPad to TV successfully.

As I mentioned that I am connecting the laptop to the screen via wired not wireless.
Please let me know if it is possible or not.
I have order a direct cable from amazon to check whether the convertor is not transfering the audio or not
