U2720q - No USB Type-C signal from your device

For some odd reason I can't get any video through usb-c with the Dell U2720q.

I discovered that the cable Dell provides won't work, so I bought a new one.

The SterTech TBLT3MM2M which is DP compatible. This should work but no luck...

Settings on the monitor should be right since the USB-C prioritization is set to 'high data speed'.

Can anyone help me with this issue please.

Dell P2715Q Connectivity I am currently running a USB-C to DP adaptor from my M1 Mac Mini to my Dell P2715Q and cannot increase the refresh rate in the displays section of system preferences. I also have an HP 23es connected through HDMI that is running at 60 Hertz. I'm assuming this is a cable issue. If so, what connectivity should I use to allow the monitor to increase to 60 Hertz? Thanks!
