i can't export MXF in Final cut i tried to but as i went to export the mxf Format is greyed out see screenshot i hope someone knows a answer to my problem thx for your help.

Could you show a screenshot of your project properties?
Do you have Pro Video Formats 2.1.3? Can’t see why this wouldn’t work.
The bit rate? Of what? You could explain a bit more? It might help someone caught out with this problem.
