facetime call answered on another device

I received a facetime call from an unknown number and when I was about to see who it really was. It said that it was answered on another device. My old appleid, was hacked and had to change my password several times. I even changed my appleid email - except the alias. I tried to but no luck. I am worried that my new device and phone number and apple id has been hacked again. Please advise if this is something you can help resolve.

Hello and welcome to Apple Support Communities, Me2024.

It seems like you are receiving FaceTime calls that are being answered on another device. This is expected behavior. When a person places a FaceTime call to a contact it will place a call to all the numbers and Apple IDs listed for the contact on that persons contact card. If your number or Apple ID was listed in error on the unknown callers contact card, you will see "Answered on another device" when any other phone number or Apple ID listed on that contact card answers the call.
