After instaling new macOS on my MacBook Pro it continuously heats up to 75C while doing nothing. I resterted my mac couple times with no effect, and i checked if there is no any app running in background. Is anyone got same problem after that update?

After every major upgrade there are processes that occur in the background such as new indexes and databases for such things as Photos or Search. These take time and the system needs to be up and running to resolve it. Try setting system NOT to log out or shut down for a day or so and you should see improvement.
I can confirm that I actually tested this and my Macbook pro 16 is randomly Turbo boosting even on normal or low load. I also tested with Firefox, chrome and Firefox developer edition being used and chrome helper is not the cause as some stated as the laptop will turbo boost regardless.
Turning off Turboo boots using Turboo boost switcher my CPU temp dropped from a constant 75C to 40-50C.
I have no problem with my MBP16 you can install program "stats" (free) to monitor what is happening.
The same with me. No change even after reinstalling.
I have a MacBook Air (2018) and its having the same problems. My battery life has also decreased badly.

Same problem here, since yesterday (MacBook Pro, 13-inch, 2017). Should I wait another day and go to an Apple Store perhaps?
UPDATED: Latest Chrome update fix the issue.

Throw Chrome away / empty trash / restart. Should fix the problem. Reinstall new Chrome download (big sur version)
I finally got Catalina back from backup for MBP16.
My issue has nothing to do with chrome since I’m editing in Final Cut Pro with no internet browsers open.
However resetting my NvRam & Smc did seem to help.

I have a 13 inch 2019 baseline pro and it has the same problem I think after the upgrade to big sur apple programmed the fans wrong so there should be something like an update to fix this soon.
Chill people, mine is already settled, you just need to let the Mac idle a few hours...
