Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
My Macbook Pro Retina mid 2014 si dead after Big Sur update. After pressing the power button it remains on black screen. The Apple behind the display turno on, but Nottingham else happening.
I’ve already tried to reste PRAM or Booking in safe/recovery mode without result.
What can I do?

There are some posts about this issue on some popular tech blogs. Apple already recognized the issue. I hope soon they will say something about it officially.
An official report from Apple to all affected customers would be more helpful than deleting posts.

They will probably delete any post/comment with links to reddit and ifixit, as Apple wants to control the hardware maintenance.
