EPSON print driver for stylus photo 1400

Big Sur wiped out my print driver. Will any earlier EPSON driver work with Big Sur?

I went to the Epson support website for the 1400 and downloaded a legacy driver (dated about June 2020). Installed it. Restarted. Located my printer in system preferences. It's working fine. While there is no BigSur driver, the legacy one works great.

Epson in Germany does not yet know if and when a driver will appear.

Solved! I went to EPSON support site for my printer and downloaded the Legacy driver (June 2020) and reloaded. I was able to add my stylus photo 1400 back as a printer.

Can't print with my Epson Stylus Photo 1400 since I updated my MBP(2018).

The Epson Support Site in Germany says there is no driver for BigSur available! See Screenshot.

The catalina driver doesen' work anymore.

Someone with a quick resolve?
