Big Sur BridgeOS update issues. (T2 interference?)

Failed to update; doesn't meet minimum BridgeOS requirement. Same issues for 1.15.5, .6, .7 and now Big Sur updates, not sure what to do

Thanks, but this was useless information that both the website and apple support gave, I have no other physical or virtual devices or a VPN so it couldn’t have been an issue. There was a fundamental error in one of the other older updates, most likely 10.15.5 that caused the bridgeOS to be either out of date or labelled as the wrong version. Due to this, I had no choice but to reset the BridgeOS using DFU mode so that I could fix what the update broke.

Hello leonotleo,

We understand you're having some issues getting Big Sur installed on your MacBook Pro.

If you have any devices such as a hard drive or audio devices, please disconnect those and try again. If you use a VPN or have any third-party software installed, try removing those and then installing Big Sur.

If the same issue occurs, try deleting the macOS installer, then start the download again.

We hope these tips help!
