Keyboard Lag after Big Sur

I am experiencing issues with my keyboard after updating to Big Sur yesterday, it seems to have mind of it's own, typing anything is a challenge as I have to recheck every key stroke, and it seems to effect every key randomly even the space bar!...is anyone experiencing anything similar?

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 11.0

What exact Mac is this?

Internal keyboard / external keyboard?

Have you rebooted?

have you tried resetting NVRAM/PRAM hthttp://support.apple.com/kb/ht1379 ?

Try a SafeBoot https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201262

Takes noticeable longer to get to the login screen, does a 5-15 minute disk repair before it fully boots up, and certain system caches get cleared and rebuilt, including dynamic loader cache, etc. Login and test. Reboot and test as caches get rebuilt.

In Safe mode third party system modifications and system accelerations are disabled, it removes malware, etc hampering smooth operation, however a reboot will put it back to normal mode.

After all the troubleshooting my iMac(iMac (Retina 4K, 21.5-inch,2018, 3.6 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7, 32 GB 2400 MHz DDR4 ,Radeon Pro 560 4 GB) was still very slow(although the lagging issue was resolved) so i decided to back all my data up and then reinstall Big Sur from scratch(erasing all data), iMac is now back to normal and functioning as it should

MacBook Pro (15-inch, 2016)

I am having all sort of different issues with keyboard strokes. For example, typing in fields such as GET INFO, not only do I get this un-fluid motion with some type of lag and also this optical illusion type thing I am seeing, like disappearing text after I have typed in a stroke, I also have to repeat a name change of a file twice, because it doesn't register the first time. It is time consuming. I cannot even explain or put into words what it is doing, it is so strange and very very frustrating. Also typing into fields on SAFARI. When typing to log into website accounts on Safari I get the beach ball for aboute a minute after every key stroke. It is driving me nuts.

I am also experiencing some other issues not relating to keyboard issues.

I only upgraded a couple of weeks ago.
