What steps can I take two make sure I’m receiving the VIP alerts on my iPhone 8? It worked just fine prior to the iOS 13 upgrade. I have a list of VIP addresses added and a distinct ringtone but I am not receiving anything at all. Again everything was working fine and I was receiving all my VIP alerts before the upgrade. This is extremely frustrating and nothing I do corrects it.
