bigpond doesn't work
Telstra mail (bigpond.com) works fine on webmail, but same unchanged account name and password no longer work on apple mail app on iMac (still running Mojave) or iPhone (running IOS14.2)

Thank you. Removing and reinstalling the accounts, and resetting through the service provider has worked.
