Apple CarPlay GPS wrong location issue

Hi Everybody! I was having the GPS wrong location issue in my Audi A6 C7 Carplay driving me mad with all navigation apps ( Waze, Google, Maps) and I found the Fix! Very easy.

1/go to your dealer! Should be a pro off course.

2/ ask him to deport the GPS antenna to the roof, next to the ambient light of inside of the car. There is always room for a small antenna. Make sure the orientation of the new antenna is heading to the car front.

3/ the new spare GPS antenna cost around 10USD with a longer cable and they are aftermarket. No need for pricey genuine Branded one.

4/replace the HUD GPS antenna connection with this one. Voila!

I have checked after installation, the car compass is aligned with my iphone compass for the first time and the number of satellites captured by the hud are either 6 or 7. Before I had 0.
