Snooze Calendar Notifications in Big Sur

How do you snooze calendar notifications more than the default 5 min?

In Catalina, you could long-press the Snooze button and get a choice as to how long the notification was snoozed. I tried it in Big Sur and I don't get the list.

No, the manual just says that if the notification has the Options button, click Options then click Snooze. There is no option to long-press Snooze to get different snooze durations. They used to have long-pressing Snooze to get different durations in the Calendar documentation for Big Sur, but they changed the documentation shortly after 11.1 was released. They have removed references to long-pressing which tells you that it isn't a bug; they actually removed the ability to get different snooze durations. Do NOT expect to see it come back with the next release. If you want to see that ability to come back, file Feedback with Apple as they do not check this forum. I am using Fantastical. I really dislike the annual subscription model, but Fantastical does the job that Apple doesn't seem to want to do, and does it better. Is anyone using Calalarm? A cursory look at it indicates you can set your own snooze time rather than choose from a list. And as far as I can tell you can buy it, and only pay for updates. But if you choose not to update you do not pay again.

If you're using it, do you like it? AND, if you choose not to update through three or four updates, do you just pay for the most current update if you wish to update on, for example, the fifth update?
