itunes pc configurations

My itunes configurations when my phone is plugged into my windows pc appear to have changed.

Previously once clicking on the small black phone image top left, also left hand side under settings/music, I would have a view divided top left PLAYLISTS & right hand side ARTISTS & scrolling further down, ALBUMS. Each of these headings had blank boxes for the user to tick and transfer items onto my phone.

Now I just have a heading “icloud music Library on”. Nothing appears under this heading.

How can I change back to the original settings ie PLAYLISTS,ARTISTS,ALBUMS

Windows, Windows 10

Hello borischelski and welcome to Apple Support Communities. It appears you are having some difficulty with syncing content between your iPhone and your Windows PC.

Turn on Sync Library with Apple Music - Apple Support

On a Mac, this feature (starting with macOS Catalina) is called Sync Library. On pre-Catalina macs and on PCs, it's called iCloud Music Library.

The important bit is that you can only sync manually if iCloud Music Library is not activated. The interface you're used to is for manually syncing content. If you turn off iCloud Music Library on the PC and Sync Library on the iPhone, you'll see the former options.

Cheers.
