iCloud recovery

I no longer have the telephone number associated with my iCloud account. So I can not receive the verification code to open iCloud in my new phone. How can I recover my iCloud account for my new phone?

Unfortunately, the trusted phone number I entered for my iCloud two-factor authentication was the same phone number I used in my lost iPhone. Now, I got my new iPhone but I can no longer use my old iCloud since it’s impossible for me to get a verification code. I am hoping you could help me retrieve my old iCloud since I purchased some features on a few apps and I don’t want to pay again using my new iCloud.
