Sidecar not working on Big Sur and iPad OS

SO ANNOYING!!! I used sidecar ALL THE TIME and a big benefit to having the iPad. So annoyed!

On my iPad Pro It says that signing out is restricted.

i found the this issue, after follow with your suggestion i can used sidecare again.

My device Mac Air M1 2020 OS Bigsur 11.4 and my ipad air 4th gen.

I just wasted 9 hours my life with Apple Chat support. They made me install, reinstall, Reset RAM, create user and what not. This is the simplest solution!!!
