Globe Loop Internet Recovery

I have a macbook pro 13 2019. I was enrolled in the big sur beta and wanted to restore to fresh os before upgrading to non beta. I accidently wiped the Apple Ssd instead of the Macintosh HD. now whenever i turn my machine on it goes into internet recovery. The recover takes me to macos Mojave installation the process take about an hour. I select the option to reinstall. The process goes smoothly. Once the process ends the macbook shuts down (i guess it restarts) and goes into the globe thing again.

Please help its been a week and my machine is bricked.
