We saw your post about the audio issue you're experiencing on your Mac, and we're happy to see if we can assist. For verification, the right speakers don't work, and you have the same issue when using headphones as well, correct?
Does this happen with audio from all apps?
Which macOS version are you using? This resource, titled If the internal speakers on your Mac aren't working, suggests updating as a possible step. If you update, be sure to back up first: Back up your Mac with Time Machine
As another possibility, you might try running Apple Diagnostics to see if it brings back an error code: Use Apple Diagnostics to test your Mac
