Mac Mail - BIG SUR - issues with mail on my mac

I used to have a folder called ALL INBOXES so all 4 of my email account messages would go into one INBOX. Now each email account has a separate Inbox, sent, spam, junk, etc. How can I have all my e-mail go into one INBOX and all my deleted messages go into one Trash bin. Same with Junk mail.

Hey I made a discovery on my blank All Inboxes window.

There is a small blue icon in the upper right corner of the inbox window. Click on the blue icon and all your inboxes will display properly.

I have enclosed a pdf to illustrate.

Hope this helps.

Hi, I had the same problem. Then I found a solution.

If you scroll down to the bottom of your mailboxes, you will see individual default folders; Inbox, Drafts, Sent, Trash, etc...

Right click on the inboxes for each account and select add to favorites. See enclosed image.

This will bring all your inboxes together at the top.

I hope this helps!
