Macbook pro 2017 hinge falls and closes easily at 30 degrees
I've owned a non-touch bar macbook pro 2017 for about 2 years now. Few weeks after purchase, the hinge exhibits this hinge problem. It closes easily if you put the lid at 30 degrees, which is quite annoying. I've had the display replaced (the hinge is glued to the screen assembly) for 2 times already, which after service has fixed the problem temporarily for about 2 weeks before coming loose again. During those times, my MacBook is still under warranty, so the display was replaced for free. But, It didn't fix the hinge problem. Now that I'm out of warranty and the problem still continues even after servicing for 2 times, what do I do?
