Has anyone had issues with the rear glass cracking mine broke very easily by placing the iPhone 12 pro and iPhone 12 pro Max back to back to check sizes.

If you feel that is the case, make an appointment to have your phone examined by Apple.
They are trained to be able to tell the difference between a stress crack or manufacturing defect and damage due to impact, and stress cracks or defects do occasionally occur as they do with any other product that uses glass.

It is deggie and some of the magazine sites and other test sites have done tests and posted them on either their site or their YouTube channel.
How long did they say that it could have been fixed if we pay? Can it be done in a day?
If we give extra 200 usd then they would replace it?
If it works it works. Keep using it.
Just remember to use a reliable weekly backup for when it stops working.
Same with any other smartphone where well over 60% now have glass backs and near 100% of new top end models

It is not a defective product an 90 million users have no issues.
The phone was in my sweatshirt pocket. Have you seen women’s jean pockets? This mini laptop of a device wouldn’t fit into a woman’s jeans pocket, unless they were a pair of old school JNCOs.
There are posts like this for EVERY iPhone model that has ever been released. The fact that you broke the glass does not constitute evidence that it is fragile.
Yes mine was sitting on the table in an otter box not even being touched and you heard it shatter out of nowhere just sitting there the entire back of the phone just shattered.
