Has anyone had issues with the rear glass cracking mine broke very easily by placing the iPhone 12 pro and iPhone 12 pro Max back to back to check sizes.

If you feel that is the case, make an appointment to have your phone examined by Apple.
They are trained to be able to tell the difference between a stress crack or manufacturing defect and damage due to impact, and stress cracks or defects do occasionally occur as they do with any other product that uses glass.

My daughter's phone looks exactly the same.
Not sure Apple can help prevent people dropping phones. With my kid I used elastic through his coat sleeves when he kept dropping his gloves.

You clearly don’t understand either. This is an issue with iPhones overheating and causing it to crack from the phone overheating ridiculously easily
