Apple One is not showing Apple Music

I upgraded to Apple One a few days ago and now my Apple Music is not working. I lost all my Playlists and Songs and Apple Music is wanting to to start a new subscription even though it is included in my Apple One Family Plan.

Hi 4RoastBeef,

When you start an Apple One subscription, existing subscriptions such as Apple Music will automatically canceled once your billing for Apple One begins as mentioned here:

Get Apple One

Since you manually cancelled the subscription, we'll want to have you speak with Apple Support using the previously provided link to confirm next steps to restart the subscription properly.

Take care.
