unable to install big sur

When I try to install Big Sur on my daughters MacBook Pro (13" 2020) 1,4 Ghz it gets to 12 minutes left and stops after which it reports an error saying

I've managed to download the installer file - no problem. It's just the next step - the actual installation og macOS Big Sur.

I've done a reboot, deleted the first download and redownloaded, I've reset the PRAM/NVRAM. Same problem. It get to 12 minutes and stalls.

I've had no problems on my sons and my own mac's.

Hope some one can help with the problem.

Thank you Tom
