Having worked through all the published fixes for films that pause and lose picture quality on Apple TV I can't fix the problem. If I play a film it loses picture quality and buffers.
WiFi download speed is 33mbps - is that enough bandwidth? No other devices being used on the network (BT Halo).

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities. We understand that you're having issues with buffering when watching Amazon Videos on your Apple TV. Although the required speed for streaming does appear to be met, it's possible that it could be bogged down. Are other devices actively using Wi-Fi when you're streaming videos? Have you tried restarting your router to refresh your network? Lastly, is the tvOS for your Apple TV and the Amazon App both up to date?
