For someone else yesterday, I direct (not hub) connected my Logitech C920 webcam to my released Big Sur installation on a 2014 MacBook Air, and the webcam worked in FaceTime and Photo Booth just fine. Still waiting on my M1 mini to test it there.

I am having the same issue with my M1 MBP and 11.0.1 not seeing my Logitech C270 camera. It does see the microphone on the device as an unknown USB audio input and will allow me to use it as a mic but thats as far as I can get.

Edit - After plugging it directly into my dock (not through the monitor's integrated hub which worked on the old MBP pre Big Sur) ... I was able to verify it works in FaceTime however is not available in other applications like WebEx. I wonder if it has something to do with being accessible by x64 emulation.
