I bought an iPhone 11 Pro in Russia on 13.11.2020 , I brought it to the country of Namibia, when I turned on the phone, I noticed that there was a black spot at the bottom, I was told that this is a problem with the matrix. Can I guarantee will return to the Apple in Namibia, if Telefon I bought in Russia

You cannot ship a phone purchased in one country to another country for service or replacement. You'll have to travel back to the country you purchased the phone in for service.
I can't take the phone to the country where it was purchased, it's a factory defect, but what about the world warranty of Apple?
iPhone warranty is NOT international. It has NEVER been international. This is why it is always advisable to purchase your phone in the country you live and will use the phone.
