You cannot ship a phone purchased in one country to another country for service or replacement. You'll have to travel back to the country you purchased the phone in for service.
I can't take the phone to the country where it was purchased, it's a factory defect, but what about the world warranty of Apple?

iPhone warranty is NOT international. It has NEVER been international. This is why it is always advisable to purchase your phone in the country you live and will use the phone.
