after updating to big sur secd uses lots of cpu and makes the vents go insane

I recently updated my 2019 macbook air to MacOS Big Sur. After the update the vent constantly sounds like an airplane. in the activity log I can see that the secd process is running up to 100% of my cpu. does anyone know how to solve this problem?

kernalmanagerd using upwards of 80% CPU after Big Sur Update I have been having some major problems with my MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2017, Two Thunderbolt 3 ports) after updating from Catalina to Big Sur 11.0.1. Specifically I have been having a problem with my Mac overheating with the fans constantly on after startup, even remaining idle. Checking the Activity Monitor, I see that kernalmanagerd is using upwards of 80% of my CPU for seemingly no reason. This will also burn through a fully charged battery in under 2 hours. I have tried restarting my Mac, deleting Malwarebytes, resetting the SMC and the PRAM (although I may have done these wrong as I have never done this before and am not very tech literate), but this issue still remains. What does kernalmanagerd do and does anyone have any suggestions for how this can be fixed? Note: I also do not have Sophos Home or Dropbox, nor any other kind of antivirus which I have heard perviously can cause this problem.

High CPU usage Hello, I am getting a high CPU usage since I upgraded to macOS Monterey 12.1 (21C52). I have a MacBook Air from early 2015. When I boot up the MacBook Air, everything is fine, the CPU load is very low. I use it for some hours, everything is still fine. Then I put it in sleep mode (I just close the lid) and the next day when I open the lid, the MacBook Air gets hot, the fan starts to run and I see an abnormal high CPU usage without any process consuming the CPU (see the following screenshot). I checked for viruses with Avira and it did not find anything. I suspect an issue with macOS Monterey. Any idea?
