How do you I update a game application?

All apps are updated through the App Store. Open the App Store, tap on your Apple ID icon in the upper right of the page, that will list all apps that need updating. If you do not see anything there, swipe downwards from your name, and let the page refresh. If there is nothing listed there to update, then there is not an update for the game.
